Manah
Manah Center for Mental Well-Being was founded in January 2021 by Nida Shaikh. It is a space with therapists trained and experienced to work with clients as young as 3 years of age to as strong as 70+ years of age. Each therapist follows a different methodology in their approach which makes Manah truly a center with an eclectic perspective. It helps you find a therapist of your match. It is currently run by a team consisting of 9 therapists. At Manah therapists offer unique methods of psychotherapy that are designed according to the uniqueness of each client working with us because they believe that every individual is unique with their own sets of needs.
Nida envisioned a logo for Manah that would stand out and deeply embody the essence of Buddhist Psychology. After delving into research and understanding the principles of Buddhist Psychology and therapy, I developed a concept. The bird, central to the design, represents every soul seeking psychological support, ready to take flight toward a brighter future. It symbolizes self-help and reflects how Manah empowers individuals to achieve stability and reconnect with their true selves. All these elements are thoughtfully encompassed within the shape of a bodhi leaf, illustrating Manah's unique approach to guiding clients through the wisdom of Buddhist Psychology.
How did Nida like it?
It has been the most pleasant experience working with Rayeesa. She has the knack to understand you and your brand so well and is able to deliver designs that match your ideology. She is thorough, punctual and extremely polite in her approach with endless levels of creativity. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants their brand to have quick yet consistent visibility.
